The tunes were converted from 'C55' files, which were actually XMI files with 
subsongs. The tunes are converted by Andrey Gayvoronsky, each number corresponds
to the source XMI file, behind is corresponding subsong. There were actually
some more subsongs in some tunes, but they seemed to be only some jingles.
Original XMIs are added too also for comparison.

Additionally, between another Dune 2 rips I found near many duplicates another 
file with name 'dune-additional.mid', which I haven't found between 
Andrey Gayvoronsky's rips. Better said, the theme from 0:30 in DUNE03.MID is
similar, but quality of this additional tune seems to be better. So I added it
to the archive. :)

Near that, I found plenty of duplicate Midi tunes for this game. I removed all 
of them, so in this archive seems to be unique complete soundtrack.
