readMe - what is this? and what does it do?

the program was coded for both trackers and for coders. xmo:s main objectives
is to scan through an .xm (fasttracker2) module, finding unused instruments
and removing them from the module - thus reducing the size.

advantages in optimizing a module
- minimum harddrive space will be occupied by the module
- the time that it take to load a module will be minimized
- memory required to load a module will be reduced
- you won't have to bother that you've might forgot to 
  remove unused instruments
